Strength matters, and is one of the most fundamental aspects of living well. By virtue of getting stronger everything else done from athletic pursuits, playing with kids/grand-kids, or just day to day tasks will become easier. No matter who you are, whether young or old, lifetime athlete or sedentary, laborer or office worker, male or female; we all can become stronger and more capable than we are right now. My goal is to help you do that.

testimonials

"Beau was extremely helpful to have as a trainer. The program he put together was a perfect way to build strength and body awareness before my senior season of wrestling. I felt a lot more confident in my own strength and abilities after training with him. He’s really a person that

wants to see you succeed, and

won’t let you quit when you have

more left to give. I’ll always

appreciate the work that he put in

to help me do

well in my sport, as well as in life :)"

“I am lucky to have Beau as a trainer! He is a great coach and athlete and is highly knowledgeable in his field. He has helped me articulate my vague fitness goals and develop a plan at a great level of detail. He has even been able to coach my lifting form and technique by reviewing my mobile videos

and giving me feedback

online. Beau will set you

up with a plan that works

for your needs. Furthermore,

he is an inspiring character

and wants you to be the best

version of yourself!

Beau is really the man.”

About Me

Hello, my name is Beau Bibeau. I was born and raised in White Bear Lake, MN. I have been a wrestler for 17 years as a competitor and coach. I have had the opportunity to coach for nearly a decade at both the youth and high school level.  I have always been into training as an athlete but after two shoulder injuries in my late teens it became about a lot more than just athletic pursuits. This led me into the world of hand-balancing and calisthenics. The more I trained and learned about the human body the more passionate I became about training and learning. As my understanding of the literature grew and I reaped the benefits of it I decided I wanted to help others. In a fitness world of misinformation and fads I want to help others skip all that and show them the path to becoming a stronger more capable version of themselves. This led me to becoming a NASM CPT. I hope to meet you soon!
